30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition — unworn, unused, with tags attached and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:

Sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Custom or personalized products
Perishable goods
Personal care or hygiene products
Hazardous materials

Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.

EU Customers Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original and place a new order once the return is approved.
